This policy explains what information BluCollar AI ("we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join our waitlist, we collect the email you submit.
• Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

That's it. We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't collect anything else through this site.

How we use your email

• To notify you about BluCollar AI's launch and the availability of founding member spots.
• To send occasional updates about the product.

What we will never do

We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address or any other personal information to anyone.

Where your information lives

Waitlist submissions are stored securely by Netlify (our website host) and may also be kept in our business email and contact tools (Google Workspace). The site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts information you submit while it travels to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as we're sending waitlist or product updates, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every email we send includes a way to opt out, or you can simply reply and tell us to stop.
• Deletion — email us at hello@blucollarai.net and we'll delete your information from our records.

Children's privacy

This site and service are intended for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page or by email.
